General

- Items are in a smoke and pet free household
- Items are stored in boxes and in a dark place

New parts
- Never build with
- Marked as new come from sealed sets or Pick-a-Brick wall, 
- New parts are only handled for sorting, counting, storing and shipping
- Minifigs new and ship assembled without utensils and weapons of such

Used parts
- Minifigs used, ship assembled, unless stated otherwise
- Used parts can (and mostly will) have scratches, bitemarks or other imperfections
- Used parts can have discoloring

Sets 
- All sets are checked
- If marked incomplete, they are priced accordingly. Please ask for details for an indication which parts are missing
- Sets are created of used parts, see section used parts

Payments
- We only accept payments in EUR
- Accepted payment methods: PayPal

Packaging & Shipping
- We will pack your order with a lot of care!
- Packing cost compensation 0,50 Euro for all orders
- Orders will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt of payment
- We are not responsible if a package gets lost in the mail
- Shipping cost will be visible, when you select a shipping method
- We ship to your Paypal address (or when paid via other means your BrickLink address). PLEASE see to it that we will ship to the correct address!
